The Lodge

I went to this new park last week….well new to me anyway.  There was this amazing old building there that reminded me of Europe.  It’s a Lodge that was built in 1920, was burned down and then rebuilt in 1921. I wish I knew more about it and what it was used for.  Anyway, it was all boarded up but was one of those places that you just have to take pictures of.  It had the most amazing brick arches and in the very corner a little drinking fountain.  It turned out to be a great place to take architectural shots.  I even got one of my bf…..he didn’t want his picture taken, but I managed to get a smile out of him!
